For today's entry I will share with you guys about Halal restaurant at Singapore. Obviously, whenever we are travelling, food is the number one that come in our mind right? Especially for Muslims. It is because it's quite hard to find halal food in other countries except for Malaysia. Do not worry guys, I'm here to help you! ๐Ÿ˜



1. Kucina Italian Restaurant (Italian)



Italy’s wonderful and all but it’s not exactly the most accessible place when you’re craving pasta! Meaning kitchen in Italian, Kucina is truly a blessing to Muslim diners looking to enjoy classic Italian fare like gnocchi and creative, contemporary dishes like truffle fries topped with black truffle patรฉ.

2. Yi Zun Noodle (Chinese Hand-pulled Beef Noodles)



Established by a Chinese-Muslim couple from China. Tucked along the streets of Farrer Park, this humble store is a local gem that's been popular ever since they started. They even opened a 2nd outlet in Joo Chiat! Serving their special of either beef or chicken noodle, it’s best to come down on an empty stomach as they’re generous with their serving size. You’ll be able to see the noodles being pulled right in the store through a small window.

3. Ichikokudo (Japanese Ramen)



Ichikokudo opened their doors in 2018 and have been dazzling us with their rich Hokkaido-style ramen broth ever since. Using kelp, wheat, and butter from Hokkaido, their ramen and rice bowls are full of rich flavours that will flood your mouth with pure deliciousness at every bite. Seafood lovers will definitely have to try their Ichi-Ramen Gifts From The Sea bowl, which is topped with crab leg, shrimp, and scallops for a hearty meal to remind you of the seashore. The Hokkai Seafood line also uses a salt-based stock that brings out the taste of seafood including Hokkai Clams, Hokkai Scallops, and Hokkai Prawns.

4. Hjh Maimunah Restaurant (Malay/Indonesian)




Serving a wide array of scrumptious kampung styled traditional Malay and Indonesian dishes, Hjh (pronounced 'Hajah') Maimunah Restaurant is a cult favourite amongst the locals! It's even won a prestigious Bib Gourmand rating in the Michelin Guide Singapore 2019! Standout dishes include Beef Rendang (braised beef), Sambal Belachan (chilli and shrimp paste), Ayam Bakar Padang (grilled chicken), Tahu Telor (deep-fried beancurd) and Ikan Bakar (grilled fish).

5. Haji Kadir Food Chains (Sup Tulang)


Any local will tell you that the best place to get sup tulang, or mutton bone marrow soup, is Haji Kadir Food Chains (also known as Haji Kadir Sup Tulang) Their signature dish is basically a huge pile of hollow bones with bits of meat dangling in a sea of thick red gravy, which is enough to bring out the primitive side in anyone.

6. Carousel


A scrumptious international spread of seafood, sashimi, local favourites (Hainanese chicken rice, laksa, etc), Asian delights (Thai, Chinese, Indiana, etc) and of course an amazing dessert corner. With such exquisite dishes available at Carousel, it comes as no surprise that they've bagged several awards since opening and was even voted best buffet in Singapore by AsiaOne People's Choice Awards for 7 years running. 

Carousel is one of the most popular buffets in Singapore so if you need to make an advance reservation make sure to do it so you won't miss out.
